Mid-Atlantic Grand Championship - Saturday, December 04, 2010

Universal Spirit will hold the Mid-Atlantic Grand Championship on Saturday, December 04, 2010 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, VA. The event expects to draw all star programs of all skill levels from Mid Atlantic region (NC, VA, WV, and MD). This event provides an excellent opportunity for your team and all star program to compete against the rest of this region.

The Greater Richmond Convention Center is the perfect location for this Grand Championship event. We have secured 100,000+ sq. feet to assure that the event has adequate space for all teams, coaches and spectators. The event features warm-up areas, plenty of warm up time and a full 54 ft. X 42 ft. spring competition floor, exciting lighting effects, raised performance stage and priority seating. This event will prepare you for your upcoming Nationals.

Scoring

This event is a one-day event. Teams compete in random order within their divisions. Critique, safety and point deduction judges score your routine and these scores are combined for a total score.

International All Levels Championship

As a Founding Member of the All-Levels Championship, Universal Spirit is able to offer teams that compete in certain divisions at this event bids to the All-Levels Championship. Founded by a coalition of more than thirty All Star industry leaders, the "All-Levels" Championship will be the first to allow teams of all levels and sizes the opportunity to compete at an international level.

Nationals Dates Set Through 2012

Universal Spirit has created a home in Charlotte, NC. The Charlotte Convention Center will be home to the Universal Spirit Nationals through the year 2012. Universal Spirit Nationals will be held each year on Martin Luther King's birthday weekend, typically the third weekend in January. Mark your calendars now!!!
